We encourage you to contact us early. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hosting Knight initial engagement
We will contact you back to gather information about your business and website needs. We will include a form to complete.
Customer completes and submits the form
You will then complete a simple online form, providing the necessary content to begin developing your new website. A $99 good-faith deposit is required at this stage and will be credited toward your initial development cost upon website completion.
Hosting Knight call with customer
Once we receive your content, we will schedule a call to discuss your website’s design and layout preferences.
Customer registers website domain
During the call, we will register your website’s domain (the website address) via our portal, which will enable the creation of your business email addresses.
Hosting Knight starts development
We will begin developing your website, which typically takes 2-3 weeks. Note, we don’t need payment at this time. We collect payment after we finish working on your website (next step).
Customer review of the developed website
We will meet to review your new website and discuss any final changes. The remaining balance of the initial development cost is due at this time. We will also set up your monthly web hosting and maintenance plan and provide details on our behind-the-scenes maintenance tasks, as well as how to contact us for ongoing support.
Hosting Knight publishes your website
With the previous step complete, all that remains is launching your beautiful, new website. Our secure, auto-scaling web hosting platform will ensure your site can handle any level of traffic.
Customer begins advertising
Your website is now live—start promoting it to your customers and boost your business engagement.

*Discounted Initial Development Cost: Websites built using our standard themes, templates, and plugins will have a reduced development cost (Eg: For Business Websites, the ‘Initial Development Cost’ is usually $2499. The discounted price is $599). Any custom features or functionalities beyond the scope of our standard offerings will incur additional charges based on the time and effort required. To offset the initial development costs, a minimum 2-year ‘Monthly Hosting & Maintenance’ contract is required. Your monthly hosting price will remain unchanged during this 2-year period. If you terminate hosting before the end of the 2-year term, an early termination fee equivalent to the remaining balance of the initial development costs will be applicable. (Eg: For Business Websites, the ‘Initial Development Cost’ is usually $2499. The discounted price is $599. If you decide to terminate hosting with us before the 2-year term, the difference of $2499-$599=$1900 becomes due).
